Funny thing happened to me today. I was called into the office to have a 1 on 1 and asked if there was anything going on in my personal life that I wanted to talk about. Being a bit confused I asked him to elaborate. Apparently the level of my productivity has dropped slightly and now I’m just doing “average work”. I told him no that everything was fine, but what I wanted to tell him was “you pay for what you get”. I’m done giving 110%.

God, fu-k this place, so glad I’m out. Reading these things makes me sick. I fee for you guys, but there are a lot of jobs open now, go get a different one
I do not know if you will see this, OP, but are your initials AD? And work in a top busy location? I may have overheard this. Do not let them bully you. Especially at the wage HV pays service managers. Let me know if this is you.
At our store now all the people who were at $15 before the wage review are threatening to quit unless they get more money.
So the worker who was getting $9 an hour gets $15, the one who was getting $11 gets $15 and the one who was already getting $15 stays at $15. The good workers are now at the bottom again.
Wow,average pay for average work. They need to look at how they treat people.this company is aweful.
I would ask for specific examples of when my productivity has dropped slightly and then not said anything. He or she who speaks first loses.
Your "average" is way above the everyday work output of most of our employees. It's not worth it to exhaust yourself for Hy-Vee. They should consider themselves lucky to have you.
The "System" loves blaming the "Individual..." the "System" is NEVER wrong...
