The vaccine survey request is NOT REQUIRED. That terminology is used only to persuade you to comply. Again, IT IS NOT REQUIRED. Having a vaccine is not a requirement of your job! You DO NOT have to answer the survey.

Whatever was said or whatever the facts are; Halliburton personnel are too backwards and ignorant to understand the path forward.
Biden didn't say 350 million Americans had been vaccinated, he said 350 million VACCINES had been given to Americans. Given that the plurality of those are two-shot vaccines, there are still a LOT of us who are unvaccinated.
Depends on the state. They have to legally allow medical or religious exemptions in accordance with each state's laws.
The survey isn't mandatory to answer. That's true. However, if HAL mandates that you get vaccinated in order to work then there is no way around it - other than to quit or be fired.
Spoke with an employment lawyer about this survey. You do not have to provide this information to Halliburton. Also, they cannot retaliate or fire you for not providing it. You would have grounds for a wrongful termination lawsuit if they did.

I didn't get the email either. Checked with a friend in Lupton, sounds like it only went out to people in that area. Came from a manager there.
There was a follow up vaccine survey sent out today? I didn’t get the email. Did it go out to everyone or just to people who didn’t complete the survey on the first email? What else was mentioned in this email? Please post details, if possible.
The follow up email sent today on the survey is suspect at best. The wording of two questions is very telling. Will I be terminated if I'm not currently vaccinated? and Does this mean vaccinations are currently mandatory? They made sure to add the word currently to both so they can say they didn't lie when they mandate it and start firing those that won't get the vaccine.
They are claiming customers asked what percentage of company workers are vaccinated or plan to be vaccinated. Why would a customer want to know these percentages? Short answer, they don't. It's management wanting to know an estimate of how many employees they'll lose when they mandate the vaccine and how much it will affect their operations.

What a complete load of BS. The vaccine doesn't necessarily mean you won't miss work. Halliburton isn't going to let you work if you have Covid regardless of symptoms. It also doesn't prevent the "or worse" you mention. Stop watching CNN and do some research on what this "vaccine" is really doing to people.

Confirmed that the link in the email for the survey is specific to each employee. The survey is NOT anonymous. Halliburton knows what your answer is if you take the survey.
You could also say that if 'ole Jeffy thinks that the majority of his field employees are already vaccinated then he can try to force the small minority to get vaccinated without suffering jobs getting shut down because too many people walked out if they give an ultimatum.
If things do get bad again he'll just send all the keyboard warriors home to work. I doubt that's what they're concerned about.
Not sure how they can ask for proof in Texas if Abbott passed a law about this already.

Yep, NOT doing the survey. You are not required to give them any information about your medical history. They can ask all they want but you are not obligated to answer.
