If an employee goes to work knowing they have been diagnosed with covid, should there be disciplinary actions taken?

Breaking news: COVID is here to stay despite how many people are vaxed or have natural immunity. If you are in the at risk category, take precautions, otherwise its well past time to get on with life. Enough damage has been done, especially to our kids.
I can’t imagine it hasn’t but I suppose it is more hypothetical since the company is expecting people back into the office slowly. People are selfish assuming a company can’t go on without them.
The more important question is, has this happened?
