First because I was already looking to move to another job tired of the bs from the racist manager that became a director to the pampered leads, the poor supervisors are her puppets and they take all her blames.
I was a big target from day one, I had the lowest pay rate. Every year I would only get .25c raise even though I got high meets on everything and my supervisor was happy with my performence, he would still tell me next year, next year the same .25c raise.
I was ready to leave when I was laid off that gave me a beautiful sabbatical year, getting more money from unemployment cashed my 401k started my own business and its going great, I learned a lot from GA. That why I want to thank everyone even all the haters.
GA is just a stepping stone the only good thing thats woth staying a little more is the benefits but sometimes thats not enough.
Because even the "flirty blonde HR representative" is the directors puppet so carefull if you complain, you become the target.
