Seems that we are losing a few more people at Staples (Un)Professional - any ideas why people are leaving? Did MB get pushed out or is he retiring? Not many good leaders left…

Agreed - MM has never hit a target in her time in sales, so it’s no surprise that Staples Unprofessional is where it’s at. Good people will leave, and poor performers will stay because the culture rewards failure.
MB led Sales Operations and Sales Support.
Staples cannot keep great leaders and actually I cannot remember them ever having any great leaders, at least not in recent years. The leaders they do have can’t survive in a company/environment where they actually have to deliver results.
Who is MB?
His wife is retiring soon - he probably wants to leave too.
