I and many others in my san Antonio service unit do not believe the positive numbers the survey shows .what do you guys think?

Dang right they false , I watched almost every employee I work with take the survey and they where all negative and mine was as well . Everything started going down hill in my belief after Jim Young .
There are te&y employees refusing to work with the unvaccinated in San Antonio.
Nobody I know had anything positive to say in the survey. They probably don’t want to be honest about it because they will probably get sent packing. But BSing it doesn’t fix the problems either.
How you answer survey questions, just be honest.
The ones who run UPRR will not understand your honesty and will report the results only as they wish.

Pretty shady company when you are forced to take employee survey . Even tho you dont want to because you have to log in the computer and they will know who did the survey. And they will come back to retaliate if you give them your honest opinion. So basically you are forced to lie on a survey. And tell them what you they want to hear.
I still have more than 10 years to go till retirement but I've been honest in every survey they have had since the last 5 years
The results were largely manipulated in every way. Did anyone else notice they made the survey mandatory? The UP knew that was the only way to get 100% participation. The UP is hurting badly for employees, and they damn well know it. Like someone else said, the results were manipulated to make the UP appear as a good place to work. That'll be short-lived when any new employee does show up and realizes that the "good" reviews were utter BS.
i don't believe the company is out and out manipulating the data. but does anyone think the survey is anonymous when its completed at our computers. that we are logged into while answering the questions. people whitewash their answers. we know it. mgmt knows it. only people about to retire or quit will be honest.
You know you don't have to answer the truth on the employee survey right? Especially a survey tied to your employee id.
That’s why I don’t participate in that bogus survey! Same reason posts disappear from this site!
I’m trying to find someone who has a positive view amongst my co-workers one did say” well at least our pay checks don’t bounce”. . Anyways, yeah that’s about the height of the positivity meter where I work.
It seriously can’t be a surprise that UP would manipulate data and/or information to their advantage. This is a common form of corporate propaganda.
Yes, the results are likely distorted to convey the illusion that working at UP is better than it actually is. Just another form of smoke and mirrors.
