GE Greenville Gas Turbine Validation tests to End Soon

The final gas turbine validation test is about to begin. The facility will be mothballed in early spring. GE leadership can’t wait to cut salaries. Cutting heads is what they live for. It’s their fetish!

Suggest to explore opportunities at GE Nuclear [Wilmington, NC] if you are mechanical/I&C/Electrical engineer. They are looking for at least 300. Do not know if just a hype or true. No harm in contacting.

Some will be done in Italy. Large frame validation will cease. Some limited validation will be done at customer power plants. There was a large number of support engineers and manufacturing engineers in the US that supported the validation test in South Carolina. Almost all of those positions are on the chopping block.
