I recently had a little discussion with a colleague about whether it's ever been harder to work for this company than it is now, i.e., did WD always squeeze people this much? I no longer have any life-work balance here. It seems to me that from year to year everything is getting worse here. I'm interested what would those who have been here for a long time say - has it ever been harder to work here than it is now?

anyone think Cisco is/was managing business threats well? Huawei had beat them decades ago and yet you the CEO from Cisco will revive WDC?
The company has changed with the current CEO. He is turning it into Cisco. bit by bit, he is running the cisco playbook
