Power is flat get ready! Union is saying 65 VRIPS in 273 and 66. Means 130 are hitting the streets in the next wave of cuts in Schenectady. The managers on the floor look scared and worried. The T rates look even more worried the morale in 273 and 66 is who cares! The American Dream is gone

There is barely a dozen of 20 rates currently in building 66 that are bump'able, so is that when people are gonna realize what's been built in 66 and the actual jobs that many folks have over there? Along with that, the hall and the SCC Business have a written agreement that protects the top 7 program participants in the event of a layoff, so there can be 7 T rates that can not be bumped or laid off in the event of a campus reduction. Its amazing that so very many dont know folks in 66 to have been told just what the deal is over there. I get legit intel from both T and D rates over there, and its sad that our union isnt bragging about whats going on. Wait till it hits the press, they are gonna be left drooling when everyone is fawning over the coming news for the SCC business. Instead of putting all the eggs in the failure of a business called renewables, the union leadership should be bragging about the jobs and work that will go well into the future for what's actually known as SCC, the future of manufacturing in Schenectady NY.

There will be no bumping in 66. It's a seperate entity.
