What? OK you're giving advice on how to excel in the company, and make 401k decisions? Did you notice how many down votes you got? Its hard to excel at your job, when your job was ELIMINATED! I can think of one person in particular that excelled in the PSR game, and made around 200 million doing it. Go ask him how well he's doing with his millions. Hate to say this to you, but money isn't everything. I'd rather work 60 hours in the field rather than working 40 hours in the HDC, knowing I've ruined people's livelihoods. Some people are obviously OK with ruining lives, but I'm not!
I was promoted up and out of HDC and the key was to excel at your job. Go above and beyond, volunteer for special projects and keep a positive attitude. Remember this, working 40 hours a week in HDC is better than working 60 hours plus in the field. Most of the time the grass isn’t greener on the other side, I’ve seen a lot of HDC managers wishing they never left.
Keep the maximum 401k withdrawals and you’ll retire a millionaire, if you’re lucky enough to have the managers pension you’ll be set for life when you retire.
Up-- udderly pathetic.
Yes I can’t even get an interview after putting in for jobs 150 times because Im not neighbors or have kids on the same soccer team with these folks you call upper management. It’s the good ole boy network through and through. I’m actively looking for another employer, I can’t stand working in the dispatch center anymore. It’s became a joke and led by mo--ns that start with the letter b
Money talks make this a good paying place to work again and people will come.
Really?? You have the top who could care less. Then you have the 2 Jeremy's and a John who treat managers and workers like cr-p.....then they bi--h when things do not go well??!! This was all self inflicted by them and continues with the SAME people in charge!! Then they wonder why they can't hire or why people don't care anymore.
