- if you pick leaders that don't have a clue about the business it does not matter what strategy you think you are pursuing .... it will fail ....

Amen to that! All that matters today is "leadership" and "wokeness". Blind leading the blind!
Interestingly enough, the GoM production leadership is now loaded with useless leaders (just like everywhere else), let's see how they manage to recover the production lost due to the hurricane.
