just did a bit of research on the RJ career website. There have been near 500 open positions for the past month. Looking at jobs posted in the past 28 day it shows over 250. This tells me that people are leaving as fast as RJ is hiring. Turnover is tremendous. Wonder why Paul. Could it be that this all started by a horrible decision to let 550 of us go a year ago that destroyed any loyalty or trust that was left at RJ. I wish that some of these VP's would feel the same fate.

Another week has gone by and the RJ career site still has over 560 open positions. I used their tool and see that they are adding jobs as fast as they are hiring. Anyone with any sense is not staying around long once they see the toxic atmosphere. Nobody cares, not even HR. Paul hope you are happy with what you did with a once top place to work.
A new record of 562 job postings as of this post. Way to go Paul. You are losing people faster than you can hire them.
the word has gotten around over many years the RJ is a place to stay away from. I had a friend inquire about a contracting position there and told them not to waste their time.
RJ HR must be going nuts. Every week on average 70 new job postings, I looked for the past month at 7 day increments and it is holding like that. This means for every new hire someone is leaving. Wonder if it is the veterans that have finally given up. I gave up about 6 months ago when my manager attempted some underhanded things to get us to put in longer hours. Not me....
well another week has gone by and still over 550 job postings. In the past 2 weeks nearly 150 new job postings so it appears that people are leaving as fast as HR is hiring. RJ institutional knowledge is slipping away with each veteran employee leaving. Everyone can thank Paul for starting this fiasco.
I just checked the RJ career site and there have been 66 new postings in the past 7 days. The total has hovered near 550 for weeks now. HR is barely keeping up with those leaving. Turnover must be unreal at the moment. Everyone can thank Paul for this.
Glad to hear HR has joined the party. Wish one of them would post about what it is like in that area. They must be going nuts. Everyday I see the number of open positions near 550 yet if I look at the number posted today it shows anywhere from 15-20. So 15-20 are being hired at the same time 15-20 are either leaving or being fired. There must be lots of job satisfaction in HR these days. How do they sell RJ to potential hires?
Folks in HR are leaving too!
I find it so soothing to hear about HR's problems filling positions, especially in IT. That department under Bella and Vin deserves to feel pain.
I couldn't help myself. Today, one year and one week after I was laid off along with 549 other souls the RJ career website shows 550 open positions. What a monument to Paul Reilly's inept decision. Nobody wants to work at RJ. As soon as they fill a position another person leaves. HR has found it impossible to keep up. What a fantastic event.
I just love checking the RJ Career site everyday to see the number of openings grow and grow. This morning it is at 537 openings. HR never had it so good or bad depending on your point of view. Yes, I was one of the 550 let go just over a year ago. I wonder if Paul gets a report from HR letting him know how his decision has been met by perspective hires. I know from personal connections to a few still at RJ that morale has never been worse. Those still there in IT are just hunkered down trying to just get thru the day without an incident. I feel for them. Great management job Paul.
I saw some of the 2022 job postings for interns. That doesn't answer how ugly the RJ job market is at the moment. As of this posting we are at 535 job postings. HR cannot keep up. They aren't even trying. I heard that one HR person told an IT manager that there are zero candidates for 2 positions that this person had. HR had no answers. Yes it is a tough market for hiring but who doesn't think that laying off 550 people is playing into trying to get new recruits. Paul is getting what he deserves.
Talking to some people still at RJ a percentage of the openings are new postings recently approved for the new fiscal year. Still a lot of openings but realistically, that is the case everyplace. It’s a national movement that people are not happy to go back to an office ever again and IT is already in demand.
I spoke to someone still at RJ who knows someone in HR. They are out of control. Managers can't find anyone to replace open positions and many still at RJ are just leaving. Those with significant benefits are just laying low to milk the job as long as possible. RJ IT feels like it is near a breaking point. Wonder what Paul, Bella and Vin think.
