The Slick Trickery... Don't fall for it!

He says "they need the information" .... "in order for us to make informed decisions on next steps" Next Steps?

Then later he says they will implement the policy.

So, if they already KNOW they are going ahead with it, then what is the information
good for you may ask?

ANSWER:
The "Next Steps" are so that they can hire or assign your (foreign) replacement and mandate you train your (foreign) replacement in advance and other retaliatory actions and harassment toward the employee. Ideally, they would like you to quit but not now... that would hurt them... they want to be ready and when they are ready they will ramp it up to force you out one way or another.

That is what this information is going to be used for! AGAINST YOU.

Why make it easy for them? Let them sweat it out and when the time comes make them deal with the consequences of the actions they (not the employee) initiated.

Second, "directors and above" - Think about that... Who is above the directors?

So that too is a lie.

Covid vaccination status does NOT fall under HIPPA. They can ask about it if the want. It’s a safety issue when you have a bunch of id--ts refusing to get vaccinated. It puts other employees lives at risk.

They are using a Straw Man's argument and yes they are being deceitful.

The whole point of HIPAA is to keep your information private.

Anyone can ASK... but you are under no obligation to give anyone your information.

HIPAA defines what information and who can receive that information from a party that YOU'VE ALREADY RELEASED your information to and is limited to the extent that the first party would not be able provide the service without sharing it with the 3rd party.

Any disclosure of your information by yourself to anyone is 100% up to the person themselves.

Remember: They've already proven themselves to be lying.

Voluntary became Mandatory became Mandatory with Aggression but TRUST US!

I trust that everything they say is a lie.

They created the problem by first demanding the "voluntary" information and now are complaining they don't have enough information to do what they admit they are going to do regardless of any information that is "volunteered". Now aggressive action is being threatened against those who did not "volunteer". You will get NOTHING!
