How does one deal working with a bipolar Boeing manager? She acts civil during meetings but turns into the devil when everything fails bc she has no idea what she is doing.

Mind over Matter. If you pay no Mind, it don't Matter. You're stuck till things improve and they open up transfers again. Till then Mind over Matter or as was previously posted : earplugs.
