Instead of fostering teamwork, management seems intent on rewarding those who will stop at nothing to get ahead. Basically, if you are not comfortable with backstabbing, don't expect to get ahead here. And yes, I'm bitter but I have every right to be. It hasn't always been like this and being able to remember the DQ of old makes what it has turned into all that much worse.

Toxic culture starts from the operations manager, he decides who gets a job now in any department under him. He has the old culture in him and will never change. Time DQ gave other guys a chance rather than his mate, who he likes, nothing to do with if he can do the job or not.
WHSE supervisors job by any chance. Have to be mates with the boss to move on these days.
Always did have a toxic culture, but I loved it, I used it to channel my anger issues, at some co workers, and I fed off it for years, the good old DQ days, great times . Thank you guys.
