Yes. It’s true. Luck and having a buddy is far more important than competence in Baker. It’s actually strange ofs survives. Worst bunch on managers I’ve worked for. Glad I’m out.

She got run out of BHI and picked up by the industry joke GE Oil and Gas then comes back to run legacy BHI and drove it into the ground. Shows luck is far more important than actual competence.
