By f'ing the T rates you're simply playing into the Company hand. GE wants a divided union. What would happen if you all became so productive that the company couldn't afford to fire you? You'd have more negotiating power. A strike would become a real threat. By fighting amongst yourselves, you're giving GE the reason and the motivation to move all your work overseas. By f'ing each other you're really f'ing the people depending on the money GE brings to Schenectady.
Make rate, zero scrap, and just before the next contract negotiation walk out. And don't come back until you get what you ask for.
The t rates saved your job and pension and gladly took your overtime for 10 years. If I’m here after the layoff I’m voting to get rid of your pension.
That’s right we’ll the T Rates are selling your pension for a quarter more an hour. That all the pension is worth to the T Rats anyways.
Ok
