I'm won't be leaving because of vaccinations, but I'll be definitely leaving because of many other things. It’s amazing how this company functions at all, considering there’s a mess here everywhere. I have never worked in a more dysfunctional company than Enbridge now.
Why is everything a mess here? Why can't it be fixed?

They simply don’t care how stressful and chaotic it is to work in the changes they instilled upon us. The big decision makers get to collect their fat paychecks while we all suffer. That’s how it works at ENB. They just pretend to care and compensate. This is mutual. I’ll continue to do my “best” work and take my paycheck.

I wake up everyday and thank the stars that IPLE does it all on their own and their largess can be shared with the rest of us who sit waiting for their bounty. I find it fascinating how they can hire staff and provide benefits and payroll without HR. How they have sophisticated IT systems and thwart daily cyber attacks without TIS. How they source materials and labor without SCM. how they … well I could go on forever at how incredibly independent and self-reliant they are but you get my point.

Slowly but surely the incredible experience, education and overall awesomeness of the IPLE group is fixing the very issues that you describe. Unfortunately there’s only so many places we can focus our attention at once, but rest assured, everything we touch turns to sustainable profit for our lovely shareholders! Hang in there brother, in no time at all you’ll be enjoying a nice juicy bonus by riding our coat tails. No thanks necessary, I only hope that there continues to be problems for us to tackle after we get through this set… don’t want our geniuses being idle!
