Not mandating per se, but surveying customer facing employees. You can decline to answer, and for purposes of the survey you will be assumed to be a "no". Customers can request vaxxed reps. If insufficient work is available for unvaxxed reps, they may lay you off without severance. So, just get the Vax. It is the right thing for you and for Ricoh customers.

So not mandating but coercing… sad it needs to come to that.
Not mandating but has said may not be able to retain employment or be offered severance unless vaccinated.
