Every manager can’t seem to last more then a year.
Not sure if this is just this company but this is a red flag for sure.
I recommend staying away from management positions here.

Number one reason for this is:
They Lack the Resources to Effectively Get Their Jobs Done.
This needs to be looked at by the Directer/Executive level.
This company and many others needs to stop passing feedback to managers and pass it up a level, they are not creating the issue for this in such a case It’s above them. You can never solve an issue if your blind to it.
