If the situation with vaccination escalates, that is, if in the end we all have to get vaccinated in order to keep our jobs, where will those who still do not want to be vaccinated go?
I don't like anti-vaxx or pro-vaxx discussions, nor would I like this to turn into one such discussion, but I'm just interested what alternatives are available for those who will stick to their decision that they don't want the vaccine?

Plenty of employers that dont require the vaccine and many of whom are in a better place than Fossil. As a former employee, that place is a joke!

You can find a job where you work from home. Jobs not requiring the vaccine will be far and few between.
They are working from home for the most part... I'm pretty sure it's some overly dramatic Fossil employee trying to create a narrative for themselves. Typical behavior from some of the Fossil crew at Corporate!
Two alternatives that are easy to wrap even small minds around:
- Work at home! The rest of us are doing it, why the change to back in the office for ya’ll??
- Get a new job! There are plenty of places hiring in-person and remote right now both locally and afar.
