I've been on the fence about leaving for a few months and this week I finally made my decision: it's time to leave. I won't badmouth the company. Yes, things have changed but I've spent too many good years here to not appreciate what I once had. No hard feelings for this guy. Hopefully, things will improve once again for those of you staying. I'll be keeping you in my prayers.

I’m also leaving. Many good years here, but those days are long gone. Each day becomes more toxic and unproductive, and it just feels like a waste of my time.

Here as well. I like this company but I’m taking my steps to leave. The writing isn’t completely finished drying on the wall but it’s close.
