We used to consistently be one of the best places in DFW to work and now we seem to be far from it, just look at all the comments in this place! How can we rebuild better and stronger?

Only promotions now are out of the organization.
How can they expect us to care when we’re a flat org and have no reason to try while watching the same people on MC get all the rewards. I’m still waiting for them to address feedback from our survey, maybe they will do that next year!
Where did the culture go? To a new Petri dish. It might have flourished into a viable culture… but management refuses to let it grow. The game changed yet management follows the old rule book.
