We are forming a Cloud BU and moving it all under the CRO? How will a sales guy drive cloud innovation? He can’t even do his day job and drive revenue growth. I guess this means BR is moving on. He did not last long. Was this a McKinsey work stream? If so, we need our money back. I need to find a new job fast.

Expected. October is just around the corner. Those of us here at TD that've been around for a bit already know "restructures" happen this time every year. McKinsey or no McKinsey, laying off the talent is what the existing ELT specializes in.
