The thing that got me was he said Lenovo sellers have “zero relationship with customers and relationship doesn’t drive sales” that’s when I knew he was never really in sales. He hasn’t walked a sellers shoes.
He said this in multiple all hands calls. He would argue and talk down to people constantly. Good leaders became cowardice and never speak up for employees. It got so bad that good people left the company.
Eye of the tiger!!
Long time coming. Lenovo lost a lot of talent under his poor leadership and favoritism ways.
Everyone needs to stop by and visit his LinkedIn profile just so he knows we are thinking about him.
Anyone know what happened exactly?
Amen! Ding Do-g, he’s gone. Collective sigh of relief and cue the happy dancing from the crowd. Next up - what happens to his C-Suite pets who have huge paychecks and perks yet zero accountability for any revenue!! What started off as a great idea and some added marketing support has morphed into a boondoggle with virtually no true sales tied to their efforts. See ya C-Suite😂. And maybe the Toxic Brit will get a hair cut now since he’s got plenty of time on his hands…
Single handedly destroyed a sales force with his egotistical theory of statistics cause he’s a mathematician, not a true salesman.
Just one? Well, it's a start.
