Too late for me but it'd be great to know that my former coworkers will have it better after everything is said and done. I know it's still unlikely that things will change significantly, but even small changes for the better can mean a lot. I'll be watching with interest at how things play out from here on out.

Not sure it matters. They're done, in my eyes. They need MASSIVE change, on multiple fronts.
