Watch out for the golden ticket with random retention incentives. It means they are planning something big that WILL impact you directly. My hand is up! Just need to find the right thing out there.

I left a few months ago and haven't looked back. MT leadership in general is a train wreck and ISRM is a joke.

In all of my career I've never seen a higher concentration of inept IT leadership (ISRM specifically). I left and couldn't be happier with the decision.

How can McKesson care about retention when they do zero exit interviews? Seems like attrition is their goal.

I left last month. Sr Dir who had me on a retention agreement did zero reach out to me. Such a resignation would typically make HR stand up and notice at other firms. Not McKesson.

Must be leadership posting to estimate if they are going to fail on a retention/attrition %% goal for score card. Oh wait, score card items can always be adjusted anyway to show success so leadership can get their big bonuses
