Intrado continues to show weak leadership with the hiring of new VP of Operations, Sr Director of Operations, Sr Manager of Business Strategy and promotion of toxic minded Manager level leaders in the midst of a layoff due to declining audio business. Another round of layoffs today justified by poor revenue numbers yet all of the new TOP level additions. Sacrificial lambs to make available spots for friends to get hired in. Never a wise move but would not expect anything else from the Big Top Circus. For those still holding strong - there are companies that value the intelligence of their employees and treat them far better than Intrado.

Yes, leaders galore with neatly packaged parachutes! Still driving line level employees like mules. Shame, shame, shame.
Surprised to see them still doing that. West/intrado always seemed top heavy, with too many layers of management. However after the buyout it seems like they were filling the upper management with their fellow Apollo cronies so they could get golden parachutes when the whole thing gets sold off or finally implodes.
The word among leaders is transparency. The shedding snake skins is inspiration.
New old ideas resurrected but they think they can do what so many great ones could not do before them. Interested to see how the purse opens for the investments needed to make any of the systems and infrastructure halfway par. The investment is going into titles and leaders balanced with layoffs rather than an investment in infrastructure.
A ho-e in the bow and focus is on stripes for the uniforms. It will go down.
