It seems to me that turnover is higher than ever. Are we doomed? Who will replace the top talent that has been lost?

No worries. Accenture's business model (as well as others) relies on a plentiful supply of bodies coming out of university. They also have an army of cheap labor from across the third world (key word: offshore).
