After almost 10 years in sales, I can't believe people from the top are blind to the manipulation we have to go through to make us as reps look 'good' depending on what the new focus is.
Just let us serve our customers and wait times would drop, customer's would be happier, we would bring in more money.

The only people who manipulate metrics are the same fools who came up with SWAG. When every manager in the territory complains about the nonsense initiatives and priorities of this company, the question answers itself. Treat your workforce however you want. You reap what you sow!
Was told by my AM today that we should only preorder the new iphone with accessories. Otherwise it "hurts our metrics" when phone ships. I bend over and say ooookay like I do.
