Recent email say WD strongly encourages us to get vaccinated. Says we are almost at 90% with daily questions to enter building. Sorry I think it’s BS heard many employees just saying they are so they don’t have answer daily emails. My body my choice if they lay me off will we be able to sue?

lol can you sue? You're at-will employment. No, you can't sue. If you're not smart enough to grasp something as simple as FDA-approved vaccines being good during a pandemic, maybe you should step back from understanding labor law.

I predict a new black market coming. Your employer won't have the resources to check to see if you really have been vaccinated. So then the question is will the government penalize them if its found that their own employees are lying to them. Even as we speak, the Covid surge is on the decline.
Nope. There's already precedent for it, and "not wanting to get vaccinated" isn't a protected class.
