The new remote working policy was a miss, at its best a pre-covid idea, massive disappointment and dissatisfaction. It perpetuates the boys club culture in campus and only benefits those who have a 5min commute aka senior leaders. The great resignation is coming. People are starting to leave the company to more inclusive, flexible and progressive companies.

Oh great they’re still doing myarena in Portland. Can’t wait to catch COVID from an unsanitized desk when they force us back into the office!
There‘s no more culture, adidas doesn‘t exist anymore. Mr KR main mission is to make money independently from what we do as brand. Once he will leave adidas will be like „aldi“ or „lidl“ …
Anything other than the option to work 100% remote is just a half effort to appease people. They talk about ensuring we live the culture by being in the office, but the company culture isn't great to begin with. That's why they stopped doing the people pulse, because of the constant low ratings from employees.
