I wouldn’t get involved in the whole discussion about whether people should be vaccinated or not. It's none of my business. I don't want to persuade or discourage anyone from getting vaccinated. However, I know a few people who are already thinking about where they could go in case UP mandates vaccination. Weekly testing does not sound like a very practical idea and they are already considering other options. Still, are there any other options at all? Hypothetically speaking, I'm really interested in what you think would be the options for these people?

There is no choice and options when it comes to railroad. The railroad is like a elephant. Once it starts to lean on you , your gonna get outta of the way or lose. There already telling us to say "i will follow the rules " and "i will be productive " then next thing there gonna tell us is to say "i will take the vaccine"

I do believe people are tired of it. But I think the mandatory clot shot is going to be the final straw. It will be for me at least. Would be nice if the employees could unite and show how many are not going to take it. What is the govt going to do about it.
I don’t think it is just because of the vaccine mandate as to why people are wanting out. I believe that it is due more so to the fact everyone is tired of coming to work and having one more thing crammed down their throats. Every time we turn around it is something else. So it is to the point that some serious thought is getting put into if it is worth staying or not. Also if people were going to leave now would be the time do because there are so many places hiring. So even if we have to get the shot anyway it might as well be for a better company to work for. Plus it is insulting when we keep hearing we should just be happy to have a job. They are the ones who should be happy! They are the ones who are getting rich off of our backs, and then have the nerve to treat us like sh-t while they do it. But again I think it isn’t just because of the vaccine, people are just truly tired of it all.
