You’ve been saying that for over a year now and Macys is still here, continuing to get goods, and still making money. The only issue we seem to have is a shortage of employees.

I cannot agree anymore!! Macy’s is training the customer to shop elsewhere due to no product, sh$& quality, no customer service and a lackluster shopping experience.
When there is no employee left in the store to work this holiday, is corporate going to come down from their high tower to work in store?! PROBABLY NOT!! Yet corporate/regional store visits are still going on…..WAKE THE F&$K UP CORPORATE!!!!!
