In place of a colleague who was an expert and very dedicated to his job, Ford hired a person who is completely clueless. Unbelievable! I agree that everyone should be given the opportunity to work and learn, however, such people cannot replace experts who are now in other companies much more valued, more paid... It is a complete degradation of the company. Is leadership even aware of the risk?

Ford eliminated some fine people and others left. Maybe they’re having trouble recruiting talented people. If that’s the case we’re going to be in serious trouble as the remaining senior and skilled people are eliminated, leave or retire.
I agree. There are a few good engineers left. Company is run by clueless people. Our quality is in the toilet and they continue to build little empires. There is no doubt there will be additional headcount reductions.
I watched HTT introduce the new so-called Software guy. Look at the guys record he is a professional Job hopper. HTT he really turned into a clown. Useless. Then you have Farley he reminds me of that puppet on Howdy Duty.. Then Billy!!! So they continue to work on that money pit in Detroit called the train station. Why is Wall Street not screaming for him to step down? Why? Does he really thing any real SW company would set up in that area?
