The only way youre getting a raise is when they Subcontract you out and then the 3rd party gives you the raise then charges BH the mark up.. some how claim it as savings.

Well unless you are in part of the ground breaking TPS or DS (!), which seems things that grab the attention of our dear ELT… your bonus is an extra load of work and the pride of keeping your job.
This company is being driven to the gutter by pi-s poor GE culture with zero accountability.
Ah… and 1%

I was thinking the same thing. How is Jacksonville still open? Nobody actually does anything over here. It’s results are what ever mistaken efficiency shoves out the door.

We got one here in our Jacksonville, Fl plant. For hourly is it was a slap in the face.
Utter garbage. I guess it's better than nothing. It was pretty much nothing.
Even some of the managers were embarrassed to tell their employees.
I can't believe that we are still open.

Key word here is "Merit" and it is only reserved for the ones at the top.

The rest of the sheep will be lucky if you don't get a negative merit increase. Now stop dreaming about it and get your assets back to work and make us some money.
