FYI all findings of Audits, Civil Investigations, and Criminal Investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor, when completed, are posted on their website for public viewing. The findings of the investigation into Local 301 including any Civil and Criminal Enforcements that the DOL may take will be posted for all to read when it is complete. No member of Local 301 should rely on getting correct and accurate information from the same people who are being investigated. The website where the findings and enforcements are posted is https://www.dol.gov/agencies/olms/enforcement. The U.S. DOL has been investigating Local 301 for nearly 2 years, the government does not waste their time, the findings will be explicit and thorough. Hopefully, the enforcements will be just.

There will be restitution, no doubt. I’m sure the company will have consequences as well, most likely a hefty fine. None of ya’ll know how bad this is going to be for the lying crooks but I do. They’re fckd from all angles. More than one government agency has been involved in investigating. Everyone knows how much self medicating goes on and that certain people would supply it and a certain company knew but would look away. That’s only one of the “problems” that’s been looked into. Can’t wait for the sh-t to hit the fan so all the nay sayers can eat it. You’ve been told for so long but continued to kiss 301 a$$. Joke will be on you.

What’s going on with Local 301 is a federal investigation. Stop the ridiculous comparisons. Audits that turn into investigations going back 5 years are due to serious concerns found. They would not waste their time investigating Local 301 if there was nothing to investigate. The findings will be on the website.
Is this the same DOL that's going to direct all employers who employ 100 or more employees to make all of them get vaccinated? Yeah I'm sure they aren't going to do much of anything about any findings that they discovered. As for the government not wasting their time??? LOL!! Have you ever had at least a conversation with a government employee? Wasting time is what they do for a living!!
