I know people who have been thinking about leaving here for two years. C'mon, a good job isn't easy to find, but two years sounds like too long a period to get out of here.
It took me three and a half months, and I started looking the moment I realized I didn’t want to be here. With all due respect, I don’t understand people who allow themselves to be long term sufferers. Maybe it's about insecurity? Maybe it’s the fear of starting from the scratch?

Not some, there are many who worked above 5-6 years at metricstream has this hard feeling of insecurity. Second reason they don't have professional skills, most of these senior employees has attitude issues and that doesn't work in professional companies. Third reason is the person who is not eligible for senior engineer outside of metricstream is director at metricstream so always they can't find jobs.
