I like the fact that someone mentioned that macy's even before the pandemic started to get rid off of experienced and dedicated workers, and that the pandemic only accelerated that.
I'm still here but I'm leaving very soon. My store barely works mostly because there are people out there who don’t know their job, aren’t properly trained, and don’t intend to work hard.
I'm really interested in how it will all work out in the end. Is there any chance that macy's will realize their mistake and start appreciating more those with experience?
