HR just got rid of 8 -30 plus year employees in Little Rock. Age discrimination is really hitting fiberglass systems.

This has happened across all business groups, they pay you to sign an agreement so that you won’t take them for either age or race discrimination but within NOV it’s going on. The reason most people sign is because it’s easier to get out with some money in the bank and obviously if you don’t accept they will find another way of ‘cleansing’ the business of anyone who had a lot of year and lost of experience.
NOV really does suck and if someone took them to court, I’m sure they (NOV) would lose as they are blatantly discriminatory against both age and race or both!
