i heard today about another VP leaving. What do the VPs and Directors know that we don’t? Two directors in merchandising just left last month… something is up. Any info out there?

The company sucks. Plenty of other places that pay better, have much better health insurance and overall benefits. The employees that remain are “sheep” and will follow until they end up in the sl------r house.
Correction . The really smart people left YEARS AGO.
Not only your favorite people are leaving, but people who were leaders are leaving as well. You ask why? A d-mb idea called Go to Market and poor managerial leadership on a regional level. Sad days and months ahead. Those that are smart are leaving now. They see the writing on the wall.

I’m embarrassed for them that they have to have a job fair to find PS’s. Working merch in OS took years off my life.
Let's see.. They haven't replaced SD and there is absolutely no communication about anything the last few months. Typically it is the calm before the storm.. yes. It's past due to find another career but sometimes you ride the wave. It's just so sad to see a company that was so wonderful to work for turn into a heartless place to work. I always say that people that are greedy and treat others as SLT treat their employees will one day have to face their creator. Enough said...
They know what you should know by now and are being proactive with their careers.
