C'mon, we all knew that UP is not an employer that cares about people. I had no expectations to do well here. However, UP managed to surprise me. Everything is even worse than I could have imagined!

UP the worst company to work for the managers are puppets to the corporate bosses they have no idea about their job UP can u please train managers to do their job I know they are not qualified to be a boss at McDonald’s

This used to be a good company to work for pre Lance as the CEO. Now it just flat out sucks!
There's not much the UP could do anymore that would surprise me. They sh1t-canned employees on the sole interest of profit, and people can see right through that. I knew it was going to be just as bad, if not worse then the CP when they did it. I left just after they started PSR. I thought the UP was great when I started. He-l, I even saw a video the CEO made saying PSR was a bad idea for the UP. I wonder what his bonus was for starting PSR, even after acknowledging the warning signs himself.
If you had no other options, in this economy, with companies begging for workers, you have problems. Maybe you should try fixing yourself first, and then finding another job.

If you knew UP was a bad company and you had no expectations to do well, then why were you stupid enough to take the job? Your posting doesn’t say much about your judgment or character.
