Or am I missing something? I’m trying to spot some positive changes here, but unfortunately, I don’t see them.

Your right, sometimes you have to make your own change for the better. Easier said than done. So are all the stalls in the new building open spaces to, I think 🤔 that should be a recommendation to HR.
Just think, if you are luck enough, you might get to work from the CEO's bathroom - one of the larger enclosed spaces in the new office building
With everybody quitting, I’ll have more elbow room at the shared work table. That’s good news!!
We’re running slim and it’s showing in things getting missed, dropped, or not getting done.
My load got bigger.
Shiny new office bldg. Longer commutes. More traffic.
Just another day in paradise in the back office.
