In an effort to save face. Micron announced today that as of November 15, all unvaccinated US employees will be terminated. I anticipate a 5-10 reduction because of this requirement.

This would be a good way to dispose of the most lowbrow folks from the company if the execs were willing to hire replacements (they won't). Cya antivaxxers, Micron is a trash company but it will be a little better without you.
Well stop working right now and start looking. Then pray hard every night and day for the company to fail.
It's just a ruse to get people to quit so they won't have to lay them off. November 15 is mid-month before Thanksgiving and Christmas/New year. They planned it that way to get people to leave so as not to have to give Holiday pay.

I wish I could stand my ground sadly I can’t afford to lose my job. I don’t agree with this policy and work with many people who chose to get the vaccine that don’t feel this is right. Especially considering majority are vaccinated.
