MetricStream is full of inexperienced managers who are full of bias. It doesn't help that HR is here only to protect the company so there's nothing you can do even when you have a case against one of them. Unless you hit the jackpot and got one of the few good managers, you're better off walking away.

Bad is not something enough to describe metricstream management, it's beyond that and there are no words are defined yet.
