So this board tends to get all hyped up and concerned about Covid than forgets about the topic for days & weeks at a time. I guess now that everyone is afraid of being RIF'd Covid takes a back seat.

How many APAs have died of Covid?
It takes a backseat because despite the fact that ER’s and hospitals have no space whatsoever and cases are back at an average of 20,000 per day, we all know that Our wonderful executives don’t give a cr-p and would rather risk people in the office getting infected than actually have some sympathy for those that are worried about catching covid or have underlying conditions and have everybody remote again.
For the WFH person must be nice for you. Clearly based on this thread many of us are in the office.
As long as everyone is afraid of being RIF’d,no one speaks up.
We need a mask mandate, a scaling back and actual enforcement of covid protocols like almost every other major company is doing.
we must work in the same department! one guy just had a family member pass away from covid and we all have to act sad around him and say nice things. and I feel for the rest of the family but the guy not that long ago was saying the usual on vaccines about personal freedoms.
A lot of people are wfh so I'm sure that's one reason
COVID and our lack of protocols scares the heck out of me. But what more can we say that hasn't been said below? Feel free to take a ride up to the 14th floor and tell JC all about it. I wish someone would. I'm willing to bet there's a disconnect between what's really going on internally and what he's being told. We shut down in 2020 for a lot less than what Houston is going through now.
Whatevs. I’m surrounded by coworkers who don’t want to take the vaccine and they and their stupid family catch it all the time. Some keep quiet while others can’t stop talking about not taking the vaccine. I swear we have a higher share of covidiots than the rest of the city.
