Email Format for Sears Home Services / A&E Factory Service

Anyone mind sharing the email format or email for execs, especially A&E? I need to escalate an issue as the frontline employees refuse to do their job.

You misunderstand the home services and parts division which is separated from retail. They do more contract work for Lowes,Home depot and Best Buy than you could imagine Along with many Home warranty companies Like Cinch, American Home shield and Assurant. They also sell The Sears home Warranty which is a partnership with Cinch i believe. If you are a cash customer with a broken appliance be prepared to talk to a warranty sales agent who is more interested in selling you the Sears home warranty than getting your service scheduled. They are generating revenue through those warranty sales and selling highly marked up parts and labor rates to cash customers. They are short on Qualified techs and service vans and reschedules are common. But somehow they are making money for the Glorious Eddie Lampert , who will auction them off to the highest bidder when he needs the money. Just remember Transformco is in the process of liquidating everything. It is a slow process and can't happen soon enough for many, but it will happen. Eddie can afford to sit on it as long as he needs to. As far as retail is concerned the notion of Transformco opening up smaller retail format stores across the country is just a smokescreen, Don't forget when fast Eddie convinced Judge Drain to allow him to buy sears out of bankruptcy he lied to the judge and said he wanted to save 45,00 jobs nationwide, which he promptly started to close as soon as the deal was done.In the end Eddie wins, sadly true....

How is a company with almost no supply chain , poor management, is only famous now for stores closing and doesn't pay their bills to the companies that provide the parts to fix your stuff... going to be able to help you? I am truly curious as to why you think repair people who work for the afore mentioned company are going to be able to fix the problem? This is a matter of common sense, anyone paying attention to the financial problems of transformco should be able to understand just through a cursory look at this website that service of any quality nature would be at best impossible.

To be more specific, if one wanted to send an email to leadership at Sears Home Service / A&E, either a) looking for the email format so that with a name I can figure out an email address, or b) more specifically, what's the email address for someone that gives a sh-t and can make things happen?

Hopefully, you aren’t the person still trying to get your pedestals installed under your pair of front loaders?

Escalate to where???? No one from the top down at that company gives a c%$p. Check the Better Business Bureau complaints page if you doubt it.......complete volumes of them. I think you'd have better luck sending an email to the president of Indonesia. LOL

No, I need to escalate a problem for resolution as the people that staff the phones are unable or unwilling to help.
