Employees of Aflac will soon be paying Aflac’s bill to actually do business. This will be in the form of higher Benefit cost. So the cost of doing business is being placed on the people who help this company function! Hey, let’s pay this football coach millions to say a few lines of script, and we’ll let the employees cover all expenses. Why? Because Aflac’s misguided leadership. Hey, you could always jump to TSYS or Synovus, because that’s the circle jerk of career moves for the majority of people in C-bus.

And yet, people show up and act as if everything is ok. It’s not. The leaders GET a bonus for your work. They pay for extra benefit cost from YOUR paycheck. They are trying to hire back those who they got rid of, or took the VSP, and paying them 10-20% more! But, no merit for you. No bonus for you. Nothing to gain; just loses.
