Leadership is nothing but bullies!! Total joke!
Somebody else posted but it’s a good summary:
Manipulative people whose interest is to further their careers rather make ethical decisions.
Bullying Managers.
Incompetent managers/ lack of leadership/ lack of appreciation.
Back stabbing culture.
Being lied to on everything from career development, promotion, to having a support staff.
Chaotic organization. I had 8 bosses in 7 years, of which maybe 1 that was any good. There have been at least 4 re-organization.
Only positive was that I was paid well. But mental and physical abuse is not worth it.
Nothing positive, few true leaders left
Total joke process, nothing constructive about it.
Ha, did see that coming!
