Sounds about right ✅ they think the 17 a hour is going to keep people when already had 2 quit slave the heck out of people this job is a dead end .. 😳 they are more concerned with the amount of sales then to protect their own product that new application and the new approval system is so bad literally giving stuff away then they take off
They sign up for auto as soon as the stuff is home they take them self off then u get yelled at by your dm about not hitting a certain percent by years end place is crazy and it's so unrealistic if they did a soft credit check instead of a name on a paper and 1 number they will change when they leave the store collections maybe better least if no credit check old school application people were complaining we were asking to much info so they slimmed the app now to nothing a heaven for stealing now

Unemployment is over credit is sky high shouldnt have had all those sales ever other week and those applications with just a name ran some fake names all game back approved proves the decision engine is broken approves everyone ... place is crazy most applications have a name on it that's all most changed their numbers rac going to be losing alot next few months
Things will get worse once unemploymemt ends, its a ticking time bo-b! No money, labor day, holidays, you haven't seen unrealistic yet. I worked there during the last big unempolyment payout, things were great then it ran out and rac almost went under.
Yeah rent a center sucks they want like a hundred sales every other week then they have a new application where u just put your name and pray they actually don't disconnect their phone ridiculous these people have no credit and they think there going to pay u on time or at all crazy there so unrealistic
